CentralNic, registry service provider which supports top level domains and second level domains, has announced the admission to trading on AIM. The dealings in its shares commenced Sept. 17th. 2013. Iain Roache and Charles Melvin said “CentralNic, one of the leading 3rd level domain registry operators is admitted to trading on the London AIM market giving it a market capitalisation on launch of £32m. This sets its P/E ratio in the mid-20s in line with established listed TLD operators Verisign and Neustar. It provides further evidence of the transition and growth taking place in this asset class and helps to provide clear public data points and established valuation methodologies”.
